We've designed our shopping basket software
to try to make online shopping as easy as possible. Here are some of the
basics.
I can't really tell what the product looks like by the
picture. Just click on the picture and a bigger, more detailed picture
will be displayed and you will get more information about the product.
How do I put an item in my shopping basket? Choose a Product and
select the price you prefer. Click "Order Now" or "Add to Basket".
If ordering for delivery within Australia, you will now be given the opportunity
to add some "Optional Inclusions" Balloons,Chocolates,Soft Toys,Quality Greeting Card or Alcohol.
Make your selections ( if any ) and click "Continue".
Note: "Optional Inclusions" can only be purchased together with a "Product" and
are not available with deliveries to countries other than Australia.
The Shopping Basket allows you to Remove items, add more Optional Inclusions
( Australia Only ),add more products and gives you four ways to order.
What if I decide I don't want something that I already put in my
shopping basket?
To remove an item from your shopping basket, click on the Remove
checkbox next to the item. Then the Remove button.
How do I complete my purchase?
At this point, you will see four options for your order. You can complete the
order online using a Credit Card or PayPal, you can print out an Order Form
and FAX it to us, or you can speak to one of our staff by telephone. Just follow
the instructions on the screen.
What if I can't find an item on the site?
You can email
or phone us for help via our "Contact Us" page.
Our secure server software
(SSL) is among the best software available today for ensuring secure
e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information,
including credit card number, name, address, etc. so that it cannot be read as
the information travels over the Internet.
Still don't want to use your credit card online? No problem.
Just print out and FAX our order form or phone and speak to one of our staff.
Can I just email you my credit card information? No!! Many
people feel safe sending us credit card information in an email because they
assume it's private since it's only addressed to us. This could not be further
from the truth. Any information included in an email is not secure as
it travels over the Internet.
We ask you to provide us with your telephone number and an
email address where we can reach you in case there is a problem processing
your order. However, we want you to know that your privacy is important to us.
The information you provide to us is confidential.
We do not sell or rent our mailing list to anyone.
Payment for all orders must be made before the order can be delivered.
You can pay for an order with most major Credit Cards, either Online or by phone or FAX.
How does GST affect my order?
GST is applicable to all purchases except deliveries to countries outside Australia.
At all times where the GST is charged the price will show "Including GST".
The option to request a Tax Invoice is available within the order process.
Will I be charged extra for delivery of my order?
With the exception of some "Other Countries" not listed, the price shown for
each product includes all charges.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed by 12 noon Monday through Friday or 10 am Saturday can be
delivered same day in most parts of Australia & within 24hours to many other
countries. Orders placed after 10 am Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
We will ensure,where possible that your order is delivered on the day requested,
but cannot guarantee a particular time.
How will my order be delivered?
Most Orders for delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area will be
handled by our own drivers or our professional Flower Courier Service. All other
orders will be processed through Professional Interflora Florists.

We buy our flowers direct from selected growers at the Sydney Flower
Market daily.
Our flowers are all treated in Flourish to ensure a much longer vase life.
We offer same day delivery to most places in Australia for orders placed prior to 12 noon
Monday to Friday & 10am Saturday, & within 24hrs.to most other
Countries.
If you have any problems with your
order or using the site, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our office is
open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM eastern standard time, Monday through Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday.
Our office is closed on Sundays and on Public Holidays. However, you may fax
orders and place online orders any time!

Sometimes, when I click on a link or button, the page looks like it is loading, but
nothing happens. What's the problem? This generally is a result of the
database for the site is getting hit by too many users at once. Just stop the
page from continuing to load and try again. Anytime it takes more than 30
seconds to a minute for the page to load, you would probably be better off
just trying again.
What do I do if I get an error message? Occasionally, an
error is caused by a brief interruption to the database, which can occur for a
number of reasons. Most of the time, if you just go back a couple pages and
try again, you should be able to continue without a problem. Otherwise, you
will be presented with a form that will allow you to send complete error
diagnostic information to us. Be sure to fill in your email address so we can
contact you for more information if necessary, or to let you know when the
problem is fixed. If for some reason, you are still having problems doing
this, you can also email our technical support at wayne@lazydaisy.com.au.
Does your site use cookies? This site only uses cookies if you have them

I created a user account and now I need to change my address. Is
there a way to do this? You can make changes to your user account,
including unsubscribing from our email list, by clicking Customer Edit
on the menu bar.
Once you have logged in, you can change your password, unsubscribe, or make
other changes to your account.
