When will my order be delivered?

Orders placed by 12 noon Monday through Friday or 10 am Saturday can be delivered same day in most parts of Australia and within 24 hours to most other countries. Orders placed after 10 am Saturday may be delivered on Monday. We will ensure, where possible, that your order is delivered on the day requested, but cannot guarantee a particular time. However, we will try to meet your request for AM or PM delivery.

Note: Some areas of Australia are very remote and are subject to certain restrictions regarding delivery which means that the item you choose may not be practical for the method of delivery and the days that delivery can occur may be limited. Should this apply to your order we will notify you according before proceeding.

• We cannot deliver on Public Holidays and Sundays except for Mothers Day and Valentines Day ( when it falls on a Sunday ).
• Delivery to a Business address will be within business hours ie: 9am 5pm, unless otherwise requested.
• Delivery to a Funeral Service will be delivered in time for the service. We check all funeral times before delivery.
