Q: What areas do you delivery to?
A: We delivery to most area’s in Greater West and Sydney and in the event that it may too far for us to travel via couriers we can liaison with a closer florist to make sure your order is fulfilled.

Q: Are you a florist? As I have called many online florists who are not a florist just calls centre taking your order and relaying the order to a florist third party.
A: Yes we are a florist, only in the event that a courier is not available we may sent it out to a reliable florist we work with.
Q: Do you do all types of floral work and arrangements?
A: Yes, We have been in the floral industries for over 20 years, we do flowers for all occasions feel free to call us directly and discuss you requirements or look with our association company Logan James Events and Floral.
Q: Can I emend my Order?
A: Provided that your order has not left for delivery and we can supply with the change we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate you as best as possible.
Q: Substitution of flowers?
A: Due to the nature of our fresh flowers and supply and demand, we may have to substitute them. When this happens we will always endeavour to choose the next closest colour or variety. If we feel that we do not have the flower or plant as it is not in season we will contact you to advise and we can discuss any alternative we can supply.
Q: How can I make my flowers last longer?
A: To keep your flowers as fresh as possible, always trim the stems at 45 degree angle when receiving them and make sure that you change the water every second day. It is also advised that you keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. Flowers perform best if they are in an area of temperature between 10 and 15 degree C.
Q: My flowers have not arrived what do I do?
A: If your flowers haven’t arrived for Business 9.00am to 5.00pm, Schools 9.00am to 3.00pm and residential between 9.00am to 7.00pm, please contact us via phone on 02 9772 4777 or email firstname.lastname@example.org who can check directly with our drivers. Should the incorrect address was given and items goods left at that address Please note we do not take responsibility. If we have to go back to that address and pick up the items and re delivery you may occur and additional delivery fee.
Q: What Payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and America Express. You can also pay for your order with the use of PayPal and Afterpay.
Q: Can I add a personal gift?
A: Yes, from our web site, but for any reason the item you select is not available we will contact you with an alternative solution.
Should you require us purchase something additional, please place your order 24hrs in advance, i.e. cake, gift card, or we are more than happy for you to drop something directly to us.
Q: Can I specify a time for delivery?
A: Delivery at specific time can only be guarantee if agreed with and given notice for at least 48hrs in advance. Time of delivery is only guaranteed for funerals. If this is the case please make you enter in the exact time of the funeral, the correct date and location.
Q: Can I place an order by Phone?

Q: What happens if no one is home?
A: If the recipient is not home, your order will be left in a safe place. It is always a good idea to provide us with the recipient phone number so we can advise them a delivery has been made.
