Meet me at the Altar

5 Hours on the wedding Day *

A one hour pre planning meeting
Runsheet and timeline assistance for the time we are there on the day
Our contact details for your other suppliers can liaison with us on the day

Sample: Set up for the ceremony and assist other suppliers, greet guests and wedding party on arrival, coordinate ceremony entrances, music, hand out confetti etc.. coordinate family and group photos, pack down ceremony and repurpose items into ceremony, then depart

Enjoy the Reception

8 hours on the wedding day*

A 1.5 hour pre planning meeting
Run sheet and timeline assistance for the the time we are there on the day
Our contact details for your other suppliers to liaison with us on the day

Sample: Everything from the meet me at the altar package PLUS ... set up any DIY elements you have requested ( place cards, bonbonniere etc.), work with the venue and reception suppliers to set up and ready the reception area for guests, assist with seating, manage reception entrances, work with the MC for timings, then depart

A 2 hour pre planning meeting
Run sheet and timeline assistance for the time we are there on the day

We start when you do! meeting at your accommodation, collecting/dropping off any items needed for your ceremony preparation, checking on the groom if needed, coordinating photos and guests, management of MC reception suppliers and set up and wedding PA until end of formalities

We can help you research, find, discuss and decide on one major service as well as two minor services! For example we can help you find and lock in your venue and photographer as well as a DJ and hair/makeup provider or we can hop onboard as the wedding approaches and finish off all those last minute tasks (like minor styling items, portable bathrooms, lighting etc)

We can help you find and book three major survives and two minor services (catering, floral design and music as well as other decor and signage for example). We will discuss your budget for each, uncover your priorities and set you up to manage the rest of the planning and payments with ease
